Booking Policy

All initial consultations are free of charge, please kindly notify us if you are unable to attend or need to reschedule after the appointment was made.

The booking of appointment is to allow the appropriate duration of time for treatment, and to allow time for associated administration such as discussion with doctor, account payment, product purchases and booking for the future appointments.

We appreciate clients for sharing the responsibility for this time keeping so that we can offer clients dedicated service and proper time management.

Please kindly arrive on time for your appointment. We appreciate a courtesy phone call on 03 7726 7626 if you are delayed.

The need to keep the scheduled times is respectfully balanced with a client’s needs and we acknowledge that sometimes extraordinary circumstances may require a longer session than what had scheduled. We shall do our best to let upcoming clients know if we are running late on any given day and we do appreciate your understanding if this happens.

Appointment Times

Appointment hours are 10.15am-6.00pm ( last appointment ) on weekdays ( Tuesday till Saturday ) and 10.15am-1.00pm ( last appointment ) on Monday.

Fees

The fees for our services reflect the cost and quality of our equipments and consumables, and the experience and training of our doctors.

Only decision will be able to give you the exact cost estimation. Over the phone and on the website, we can only provide a general price range. Many factors are required for the estimation of treatment time and cost. Most of them require our doctor to take detail history of your condition, examination of your skin and body, and discussion of your expectations.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, or credit card ( Visa or Mastercard).

Privacy

Clients’ file will be handled with the utmost respect for clients’ privacy. Our staffs are bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your personal records. Clients’ photos will be only used for evaluation of treatment effectiveness. No photographs revealing your identity will be used without your written consent.
